Although a relatively green bartender, Ravinder is certainly no stranger to the bar business. From waiting tables and slinging cocktails at Beaver's icehouse to managing the bar at Hearsay on the Green, he has racked up seven years of experience in the Houston restaurant scene. Ravinder has now found his home in fine dining, joining our Sanctuari staff in the Fall of 2016.

Aki started working for Sanctuari Bar at Triniti in the Fall of 2014, fresh from her bartending debut at Beaver's Ice House. After a year of service, she moved on to open the bar program at Foreign Correspondents and later opened hyper-luxury cocktail bar Canard alongside Leslie Krokenberger and Rebecca Burkart. She has since returned to Sanctuari Bar in the Fall of 2016 as Beverage Director and Bar Manager, ready to exercise her creative freedom and reconnect with old friends and colleagues.
Patrick Watts, Bartender

Patrick has been bartending on and off for the past eight years, from sports bars to steakhouses, and most recently could be found managing the bar program at Veritas in Sugar Land. Looking to hone his skill, Patrick broke into the world of craft cocktails by joining the team at Sanctuari Bar in the Summer of 2016.
